1951

Foundation of the company under corporate name Miguel González Lladó.
First factory and offices  in Barcelona city.

The starting production is based on gabardine textile with a 10 narrow looms plant.

1965

Second factory in Vilassar de Dalt (Barcelona) enlarging the equipment with 25 wide shuttle looms enabling the productions of textile fabrics for decoration in 280 cm. width.

The offices remain in Barcelona city still today.

1974

Third factory in Vilassar de Dalt (Barcelona) installing 50 wide looms gradually being all changed from shuttle to rapier looms.

The facilities reach 3.000m².

Start to attend exhibitions: HEIMTEXTIL (Frankfurt) and TEXTIL HOGAR (Valencia) with the first export activities.

1978

Constitution of the corporation Miguel Gonzalez Llado, S.A.

1985

Investment in 10 Electronical Jacquard looms and 20 shaft looms entirely equipped with  high rapier technology to manufacture high quality textiles in 280 cm., 300 cm. and 320 cm. width.

The mill facilities are enlarged to the current 5000 m².

The warp chain is completely replaced.

Exports expansion establishing an agent and distributors network throughout international markets.

1992

Change to the current corporation González Lladó, S.A.

Enlargement and entire renewal of the offices and showroom in Barcelona city.

2008

Launch of the cutlength service at domestical level being gradually expanded internationally.
